Goals must be written down, be specific, time sensitive, converted to a monetary value, and broken down to a monthly/weekly figure. 

For example: 

Achieve the within this year, $100,000 over a 12 month period which equals

       8,333.33/month in commissions earned.

Buy/Build a New House, within one year, 150,000 value which equals 1,250/month needed for payments.

New Car, within this year, (write in exact model you want), late model 2000-2002, 25,000-30,000 value, which equals $500/mth needed for payments.

To achieve 1000 personal sales this year, which equals approximately 85/mth or 20 sales/week for 50 weeks.

Work habit must be grounded in a strong work ethic tied to a Daily/hourly schedule commitment.

To maintain this goal is to simply get 40-50 active companies in your pipeline. 

To do this you will need to set up 4-5 appointments /day, of which you will do 3 presentations/day on average, and 2 will be good for your pipeline.

That is 10 companies/week and over a 4-6 week period, you will have 40-50 in your pipeline and start enrolling companies. Don’t forget to refill the pipeline after enrollments.

Always keep 40-50 companies in your pipeline.
